Please read these terms before using Bloom Crate. By placing an order, you agree to them.
## 1. Who we are
Bloom Crate ("we", "us") operates bloomcrate.store and sells virtual in-game items for use in Grow a Garden on the Roblox platform.
We are an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Roblox Corporation or the developers of Grow a Garden. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
## 2. Age requirements and parental consent
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase your own right.
If you are under 18, you may only use this site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any payment method used must belong to them or be used with their permission.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If we become aware that an order was placed by a minor without parental consent, we may cancel it and issue a refund.
Parents and guardians: if you believe a purchase was made from your payment method without your permission, please contact us at bloomcratesupport@gmail.com and we will refund it.
## 3. What you're buying
You are purchasing our service of obtaining and delivering virtual in-game items to your Roblox account. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and exist entirely within a game platform we do not control.
## 4. Platform risk — please read this
Roblox's Terms of Service restrict the exchange of in-game items for real-world money. Purchasing items from any third-party seller, including us, may violate those terms and could result in action against your Roblox account, up to and including suspension or termination.
You acknowledge and accept this risk when you purchase from us. We cannot and do not guarantee that your account will not be affected, and we are not liable for any action Roblox takes against your account, or for any items removed, reversed, or lost through Roblox's own systems.
If this risk is not acceptable to you, please do not purchase.
## 5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide an accurate Roblox username at checkout
- Use a payment method you are authorised to use
- Not attempt fraudulent chargebacks after receiving a delivered order
- Not use our service for any unlawful purpose
We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect account as a result of a username you provided.
## 6. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 3 hours during our operating hours of 9AM–10PM ET, seven days a week*. These are targets, not guarantees. If we cannot deliver, we will refund you in full.
We will never ask for your Roblox password. Do not give it to anyone claiming to represent us.
## 7. Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error.
Stock availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will refund you in full.

## 9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of game progress, account access, or in-game assets.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 10. Account termination
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or decline to serve any customer at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behaviour toward our staff, or repeated chargebacks.
## 11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
## 12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
