Buying from Bloom Crate takes about a minute. Here's exactly what happens.
## 1. Pick your items
Browse our seeds, pets, and gear. Add whatever you want to your cart. Prices are what you see — no hidden fees at checkout.
## 2. Enter your Roblox username
This is the important bit. On each product page, you'll be asked for your Roblox username — the one that starts with @, not your display name. These are often different, and we can only deliver to the @username.
If you're not sure which is which, open Roblox, tap your profile, and look for the name with the @ in front of it. That's the one we need.
Getting this wrong is the single most common reason a delivery goes astray, so double-check before you pay.
## 3. Pay securely
Checkout is handled by Shopify. We never see or store your card details. You'll get an order confirmation email straight away.
## 4. We deliver in-game
We send your items directly to your account in Grow a Garden. You don't need to give us your password, and we will never ask for it. Anyone who does is trying to scam you.
Typical delivery time is **under 30 minutes**, and we aim to complete every order within **3 hours** during our operating hours.
Our hours are 9AM–10PM ET, seven days a week. Orders placed outside those hours are delivered when we're next online.
## 5. That's it
Check your in-game mailbox. If anything's missing or looks wrong, contact us straight away, and we'll sort it.
